1. Introduction

Welcome to BLAC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of blacagency.org (the "Site") and the purchase of any merchandise. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. International Audience

While BLAC operates out of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, our platform is built for a global audience. We ship internationally and process transactions across borders. By making a purchase, you agree that you are responsible for complying with the laws of your local jurisdiction regarding the import of our goods.

3. Purchase Terms & Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel any order, or limit quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a strict 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Domestic Returns: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
International Returns: The customer bears all costs associated with return shipping, including any customs duties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BLAC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BLAC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
